Exiting the Odyssey into the rainy New Donk City night, you'll be alerted to something terrible itch over the New Donk City Hall, as Bowser holds Peach captive in his airship to a higher place the building.

Dorsum on the streets, check an aisle on the left with some crates to find more Metro Kingdom Purple Coins stashed off to the side. Render to the main street and pass the blockade of cars to get to the Sherm on elevation of the giant beam.
